1. What products do your company have?
The main products we have:
- all kinds of paper shopping bags, woven bags, etc.
-printed paper notebooks, books, brochures, calendars, paper cups, etc.
-printed labels, stickers
-thermal transfer ribbons
(We produce above products by ourselves)
-jumbo rolls of label materials
-other paper materials, like art paper, white paper board, etc.
(We have long-term business cooperation with label & paper suppliers, so we're able to get good price for label materials for you)
2. What is your factory scale? How can we get quality guarantee?
We have around 30 office staffs including managing office people, sales person, designers, accountant department, QCs, etc., and about 40 factory workers with experienced pritning skills. We have printing equipments like HEIDELBERG, KOMORI, ROLAND, Etc, and we also have our own CTP plate makers, folding machines, automatic gathering machines, etc. We can do design, making-plate, printing, die-cut, box-pasting, etc. as per our customers' requirements.
Our QCs are required with skilled product knowledges and strong resonsibilities. They always do their best to guarantee that only qualified produts can be shipped to our customers. Also, we would like to do business for long term, not just for 1 or 2 times. That's whey we need to guarantee the product quality for our customer too.

3. What's the sample & order delivery time? Should we pay for samples?
The sample delivery time is 3~5 working days. Usually cusotmer should pay for sample making fees & sample delivery fee, but this cost can be refunded after the order is confirmed.
